The crew were fast, efficient, professional and open to questions. The sales department went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction before walking away from the job site. Overall, a very painless (even to the wallet!!) process and job completed to our satisfaction and details. Would definitely use again but, with the job they did, we won't need to use them again in our lifetimes I imagine!

This was our 3rd round , and glad the last round of peiring our home. We are now completed around the whole perimeter of the house. Thanks to Perma-Jack this round was the best. The crew we had was awesome. Could not ask for any better. They were very considerate of all our surrounding items that were close to their work area. Before completing any area, we were ask if we wanted to inspect it first. While they were on site, we had them perform two other projects. No problem. They were right on it. I have to think hard to find any issues. Maybe the aftermath of dirt on our house. Something we can easily power wash ?

I knew this was the company I wanted to work on my foundation after talking with their sales manager, Shawn. We had a crack in our foundation for years. No water getting inside so it was easy to keep putting off doing something about it. When the sidewalk to our front door sunk and we had a trip hazard, I found out foundation companies could lift it back up. I called two companies for estimates. Perma-Jack of Mid-Mo had a much more reasonable bid. Everyone, everyone, that worked here was so nice, explained the cause, they were all so helpful to me and now I have the piece of mind that the foundation is solid.
